BIG RIVER PARK
After crossing Big River Crossing, Big River Park includes a fully paved 7 mile loop with stunning views of downtown Memphis and the Arkansas floodplains, complete with a picturesque, seasonal sunflower field.
Meeman-Shelby Forest - Chickasaw Bluffs Trail
The wooded 8 mile trail winds along a bluff with the largest loop overlooking Poplar Tree Lake. Also known as the “Red Trail”, the trail is very steep in places and is a favorite among users looking for mountainous terrains.
Overton Park
The Old Forest contains a 1.4-mile limestone running trail, over a mile of paved trails, and four miles of unpaved walking paths, including the popular Old Forest Loop. The one-mile loop begins just inside the arched gate between Rainbow Lake Playground and Overton Bark and contains 35 markers to guide your walk.

Following along the Mississippi River, take advantage of 5 miles of riverfront trails from Confluence Park to Big River Crossing.
RiverBLUFF WALKWAY
The 1.2 trail is built on top of the Chickasaw Bluff and offers scenic views of the Mississippi River as it traverses the edge of downtown Memphis..

This once abandoned railroad corridor has been transformed by the Vollintine-Evergreen neighborhood.into a public 1.7 mile green space for walkers, runners and cyclists.
WOLF RIVER GREENWAY
The Wolf River Greenway is a corridor of protected green space along the Wolf River that includes a paved pathway. Built in phases, these trails will eventually extend a total of 36 miles to connect neighborhoods throughout Memphis.
